NATURAL CYCLE IVF

Natural IVF involves egg collection aligned with a woman’s natural menstrual cycle; there are fewer or no fertility drugs/injections. It aims to collect the one egg that has been naturally selected and matured by the body, and the fertilized egg/embryo is placed back into the womb.

Natural IVF is therefore the closest that IVF treatment can get to natural fertilization. It focuses on the quality of eggs, not the quantity.

Egg freezing is a method of fertility preservation, which allows women to freeze eggs for later use. This can be for medical or social reasons. The Egg donation is where women donates her Oocytes for another women which can be used for IVF and also for research purpose. The donor is selected according to the ICMR rules of the Indian government. A data base of physical characteristics medical screening and all assessments made is maintained and matched according to recipient requirement. When the women is unable to conceive with her own eggs donor program is recommended , this could be due to various reasons such as removal of ovaries, recurrent miscarriages few or low quality eggs , risk of serious inherited conditions. Frozen donor Egg program is also available at our hospital

SPERM DONOR PROGRAM

Sperm donation is the process by which the sperm from other men are used for fertilization of the couples, when there is serious fertility issues with men such as no sperm count,, previous vasectomy. Sperm donation is recommended when all the possibilities of own sperm retrieval such as PESA , TESA and TESE that can be used to retrieve sperm directly are ruled out.Sperm donors are to be healthy and free from genetic defects, the physical and characteristics are maintained in a data base.
